sides. Include balcony required on staircases.

price shown gives a guide to the basic construction cost of a
finished
Yarra Valley deck. Many other options are available in terms of
deck shape, finish, detail, features and styling, which are not
shown for simplicity's sake.
The prices shown are based on the
following assumptions: (1) Deck attached on two or three sides, (2) A
base of either cleared earth, lawn, or a solid surface, (3)
Construction in Osmose treated redwood, (4) Clear straight access to
site with a reasonable work area, and parking. |
