BOOKCASE CONSTRUCTION

We use three methods of construction for bookcases, dependent on the style required and the space available:

FLUSH FITTED CONTEMPORARY STYLE
Each shelf is individually mounted using invisible fixings creating a 'bracketless' effect. This creates a contemproary minimalist look. Each shelf is cut or assembled individually to fit, using 2.5cm or thicker material. Well suited to the 'chunky' look.

BOX-SHELF CABINETS
The complete unit is assembled with integral sides and installed as a complete unit. This is a simple and contemporary style well suited to multiple fixed shelves and a modern look.

FRAMED CABINETS
Complete units assembled with decorative or detailed sides, base and top, often to match existing architraves, skirting and decoratve woodwork. Ideal for a more traditional look.

		Full wall 3-part contemporary unit Modern full height installation comprising TV unit, desk, and full height cupboard.
		Fitted oak Bookcases 2 wall-mounted oak bookshelves flanking a chimney breast. The right hand bookcase encloses a lage boxed-in pipe conduit runing from floor to ceiling. Built in solid oak and waxed.
		Walnut Bookshelves & Cabinet Built-in walnut veneer shelves 8cm thick and 2.1m wide with integral lighting and a matching walnut base cabinet with sliding doors below.
		Breakfront bookcase & cabinets Bookcase byuilt above a radiator with flanking column bookcases and cabinets, built in mdf and painted.
		Flush fitted Contemporary Shelving 3 examples of contemporary 'bracketless' shelving units.

		Fitted CD racking units 2 x 7' tall CD-shelf units built to house the client's enourmous CD collection. The right-hand unit has a recess for the door swing. Built in mdf and painted.
		Regency style bookcase 8' tall single bokcase unit for a formal reception room, incorporating 7 shelves and detailed to match the existing architraves and skirting. Built in mdf and painted.
