Flanking Alcove Wardrobes Two wardrobes built into alcoves flanking a chimney breast in a Victorian terrace in Cambridge. As is often the case, the right alcove is narrower than the left.  We build the wardrobes of equal width and added a column of small bracketless shelves into the extra space created.
